The Fidelity Law Journal is published annually by the Fidelity Law Association with printed copies distributed to attendees of the FLA Annual Meeting. 

Because of our commitment to fair claim handling and education we are pleased to offer the community the opportunity to read and download copies of articles from past Fidelity Law Journals.  All of the articles from Volume I (1995) through Volume XVI (2010) are available here in Adobe Acrobat® format.  You will need the reader program which is available from www.adobe.com to view the article.

The left menu is listed by year of publication.  Once you have chosen a particular year you will see a table of contents listing the article title and author(s).  The title is a link to the copy of the article.
