C. ADAM BRINKLEY is an Associate with the Dallas, Texas office of Clark Hill Strasburger. Mr. Brinkley is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University and Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, magna cum laude, and Order of the Coif. Mr. Brinkley specializes in handling fidelity bond claims.

JOHN CHRISTENSON is an Associate General Counsel with CUNA Mutual Group. Mr. Christenson is a graduate of St. Olaf College and the University of Wisconsin School of Law, Order of the Coif. He is responsible for managing the litigation group within the Office of General Counsel. He joined CUNA Mutual Group in 2000, and previously served as lead counsel to the Credit Union Protection product area. Before joining CUNA, Mr. Christenson was in private practice in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Madison, Wisconsin.

CHARCRETIA V. DI BARTOLO is a Partner in the Boston, Massachusetts office of Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald, L.L.P. Ms. Di Bartolo is a graduate of Washington University and Washington University School of Law.

REINA DORVILIER is an Assistant Claims Manager in Group Claims—Cyber and Executive Risk at Beazley Group in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she manages cyber, technology errors and omissions, and directors and officers claims. Ms. Dorvilier is a graduate of Philadelphia University.

ROBERT M. FLOWERS is a 2nd Vice President, Management Liability First Party Claim for Travelers in Hartford, Connecticut. Mr. Flowers is a graduate of the University of Nevada-Reno. His team is responsible for a variety of First Party Management Liability products, including Commercial Crime, FI Bond, First Party Cyber, ID Fraud and Kidnap and Ransom claims.

ADAM P. FRIEDMAN is a Member in the West Orange, New Jersey office of Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC. Mr. Friedman is a graduate of Cornell University and Yeshiva University Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Mr. Friedman is a Past Chair of the Fidelity and Surety Law Committee of the American Bar Association, Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section.

MICHAEL A. GRAZIANO is a Member in the Washington, D.C. office of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC. Mr. Graziano is a graduate of George Mason University and the Michigan State University College of Law. His practice focuses primarily on insurance coverage disputes involving fidelity and other crime losses.

SARAH GURKA-MAJOR is a Senior Management Liability and Bond Claims Specialist with Berkley FinSecure, a W. R. Berkley Company. Ms. Gurka-Major is a graduate of Rutgers University-New Brunswick and Rutgers Law School-Newark, and worked as a litigator for seven years before embarking upon a career in insurance.

WILLIAM E. HEINBOKEL is the Director of Fidelity and Regulatory Compliance with The Surety & Fidelity Association of America in Washington, D.C. Mr. Heinbokel is a graduate of Ursinus College.

HILARY R. HOFFMAN is Vice President, Claim Officer of Fidelity Claims with Chubb in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. Ms. Hoffman is a graduate of Tufts University and Seton Hall University School of Law, cum laude.

ANNE JUNTUNEN is a Partner with the law firm of Lerners LLP in Toronto, Ontario. Ms. Juntunen is a graduate of Tufts University and the Washington University School of Law. Her practice focuses on specialty insurance coverage advice and litigation, with a particular emphasis on fidelity insurance.

MATTHEW C. KALIN is a Senior Claim Counsel, Management Liability First Party Claim for Travelers in Braintree, Massachusetts. Mr. Kalin is a graduate of Boston College and Suffolk University Law School. He handles first party claims under various policies and bonds issued to private, non-profit and public companies, as well as financial institution and municipalities, and previously handled claims at Travelers under D&O, EPL and Fiduciary policies, in addition to first party claims.

MICHAEL KEELEY is a Member of the Dallas, Texas office of Clark Hill Strasburger. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona, summa cum laude with honors, and the University of Arizona School of Law, cum laude. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the Fidelity Law Journal, Advisor Emeritus to the Fidelity Law Association, a Past Chair of the Fidelity and Surety Law Committee of the American Bar Association, Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section, Advisor to The Surety & Fidelity Association of America and past Editor-in-Chief of the Tort & Insurance Law Journal. He specializes in handling crime claims, including cyber-related losses, domestically and abroad, as well as other coverage matters.

MEGAN M. MANOGUE is a Vice President and Chief Claims Officer with Berkley FinSecure, a W. R. Berkley Company, in Towson, Maryland. Ms. Manogue is a graduate of Loyola College of Maryland, magna cum laude, and the University of Baltimore School of Law, cum laude.

KATHERINE MUSBACH is an attorney in the Chicago office of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukahni LLP. Ms. Musbach is a graduate of the University of Michigan and Duke University School of law, cum laude. She regularly represents clients in fidelity, cybercrime and technology disputes.

ROBERT OLAUSEN is a Principal at ISO in Jersey City, New Jersey. Mr. Olausen is a graduate of Upsala College and did his post-graduate work at St. John’s University College of Insurance. Mr. Olausen is the current President of the Fidelity Law Association and a member of PLUS.

DOLORES A. PARR is Managing Counsel in the Fidelity and Crime Claim Unit at Zurich. Ms. Parr is a graduate of Towson University, magna cum laude, and the University of Baltimore. She also has a M.L.A. from Johns Hopkins University. Ms. Parr currently is a member of the Executive Committee of the Fidelity Law Association and has served as vice president.

JEFFREY S. PRICE is Managing Partner and Chairman of the Executive Committee with Manier & Herod in Nashville, Tennessee. Mr. Price is a graduate of Gardner Webb, magna cum laude, and the University of Tennessee College of Law, summa cum laude.

TIMOTHY RUSSELL began duty with the FBI as a computer specialist in the Miami Field Office in 1999, and as a Special Agent assigned to the Boston Field office in 2002. Since reporting to Boston, Mr. Russell has investigated internet fraud, intellectual property crimes, and complex criminal and national security computer intrusion matters. In 2013 Mr. Russell reported as the acting Cyber ALAT for the FBI’s London office. In 2014 Mr. Russell served as a Supervisory Special Agent in the Asia Cyber Operations Unit at FBI Headquarters, Cyber Division. In 2016 Mr. Russell was appointed as the SSA for the Boston Criminal Cyber squad, with responsibilities for criminal cyber matters in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine.

TRACEY SANTOR is 2nd Vice President Bond Product Manager, Financial Institution Department with Travelers in Hartford, Connecticut. Ms. Santor is a graduate of North Texas State University, with honors. She earned her Chartered Property Casualty Underwriting designation, Associate in Fidelity and Surety Bonds and Associate In Claims, and is currently working on her Registered Professional Liability Underwriter designation. Ms. Santor is a past Chairman of the SFAA Fidelity Claims Advisory Board, and a past Director on the Surety Claims Institute Board. Ms. Santor is the current Chair of the Fidelity
Advisory Committee for the Surety & Fidelity Association of America.

ARMEN SHAHINIAN is a Member of the West Orange, New Jersey and New York City offices of Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC. Mr. Shahinian is a graduate of Brown University and New York University. Mr. Shahinian is an Advisor Emeritus to the Fidelity Law Association, a Past Chair of the Fidelity and Surety Law Committee of the American Bar Association, Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section, Advisor to the Surety & Fidelity Association of America, and is a member of the Board of Directors of The Surety Claims Institute and Editor-in-Chief of its Newsletter.

ROBYN L. SONDAK is Senior Counsel with Travelers in Hartford Connecticut. She is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and University of Connecticut School of Law. Ms. Sondak has been with Travelers Bond & Specialty Insurance since 2006. She manages extra-contractual litigation as well as first party coverage matters. She is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Connecticut School of Law. Prior to joining Travelers Bond, Ms. Sondak was the National Director for Training and Development for the Travelers Staff Counsel program. Before joining Travelers, Ms. Sondak worked in private practice in Hartford, CT where she focused on first party bad faith defense and insurance coverage litigation, third party insurance defense and appeals.

GARY A. VALERIANO is a Partner with Anderson, McPharlin & Conners LLP in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Valeriano is a graduate of California State University, North Ridge, magna cum laude, and Loyola University School of Law. He specializes in commercial crime and financial institution insurance. He is a an Advisor to the Fidelity Law Association, and a Past Chair of the Fidelity and Surety Law Committee of the American Bar Association, Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section. He has served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Loyola University Law School Los Angeles, teaching a class in Fidelity and
Surety Law.

KENNETH WEST is Vice President of Fidelity Claims at Chubb in Simbsury, Connecticut. Mr. West is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University and holds a Certified Public Accountant certificate and has designations as a Registered Professional Liability Underwriter, Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and Associate in Claims. He oversees the technical claim handling of all Commercial Crime, Financial Institution Bond and Kidnap/Ransom claims handled by the Chubb fidelity claim team.

H. MICHAEL WESTEN is the Commercial Crime and Public Official Bond Product Manager for Travelers Bond and Specialty Insurance. Mr. Westen is a graduate of Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. He started his career in 1998 as an insurance agent and shortly thereafter joined Travelers Bond as a Management Liability & Fidelity underwriter. During his tenure with Travelers, he has been a participant in the Travelers Financial Management Leadership Development program, Managing Director for the New York City Private & Non-Profit group and a Home Office Underwriting Director. He also assisted in the development and strategic deployment of the Travelers CyberRisk policy.
